This list is for announcements and discussion related to the motorcycle group dinners on Tuesdays and other similar social events. Dinners are held every Tuesday night and on other special occasions, usually on the peninsula or south bay, sometimes further out such as the Santa Cruz Mountains. Special requests are usually entertained, especially for out of town visitors. These are not club meetings and they aren't organized rides. We don't have any agenda or business to discuss. We do eat, talk, look at the bikes, talk, pose, offer test rides, talk, and look for ice cream bars to hang out in while we spend some time talking after dinner. This is a low volume list; often with only one message per week. This is not for general motorcycle related discussions. Appropriate subjects: Restaurant recommendations, complaints, approvals, comments. Party and dinner announcements for social events happening on any night of the week. All types of bikes and bikers are welcome. Cruisers, sport bikes, touring bikes, race bikes, old bikes, new bikes, trials bikes, vintage bikes, cheap, expensive, street, DP, dirt, dirty, clean, tall, short, ... whatever kind of bike you have, you are welcome. In fact, you don't even have to have a bike. If you are interested in getting starting riding, come and ask questions and enjoy seeing the variety of bikes. There is no organized ride associated with the dinners. Many people like to ride their bikes on Tuesdays but it's certainly not a requirement. Some of the baddest hard-core DoDers have been known to show up in their Volvos. (While the announced gatherings are nominally DoD events, DoD "membership" is irrelevant.
